Be productive your way

Goals that don't just sit there.

Write down what you're working towards. Vemila breaks it into five real steps, tracks the streak, and gives you Mila, an assistant that can actually see your progress when you ask how it's going.

The Vemila dashboard: stat cards for active goals, best streak and weekly volume, today's tasks, and an active goal with its progress bar.

Everyone's good at week one.

The goal gets written down. It gets a nice heading, maybe a coloured tag. Then day four arrives, the next step isn't obvious, and the page quietly becomes one you stop opening.

That's not a discipline problem. It's a tooling problem. Notion won't tell you what to do next. Todoist won't notice you've stalled. They're storage, and storage was never the thing you were missing.

“The hardest part of any goal isn't setting it. It's the middle, where nobody's watching and the next step isn't written down.”

What Vemila actually does

Four things, done properly, instead of forty things you'll never open.

Every goal arrives with a plan

Type one sentence. “Get to 500 followers.” “Finish my dissertation.” “Run 5k without stopping.” Mila returns five specific, ordered steps with realistic timings. No blank page, no Sunday-night planning session that never happens.

A goal, 'Run a 5k without stopping', broken into five ordered steps with due dates and a 40% progress bar.

An assistant that's read your file

Ask Mila how you're doing and you get an answer about your goals, your progress and your streak, not a motivational poster. Ask her something general and she'll just answer that too. She knows the difference.

A conversation with Mila about progress on the 5k goal, answered from real goal data.

Momentum you can see

Tick a step, the bar moves. Show up tomorrow, the streak grows. Miss a day and it resets. That's annoying, and it's exactly why it works.

The planner's day view: tasks ticked off and two habits with live streak counts.

Three steps, then you're using it

01

Write the goal

One line is enough. Add a category and a target date if you want to. You don't have to.

02

Get the plan

Mila breaks it into five steps in a few seconds. Edit them, or get on with it.

03

Tick things off

Progress updates as you go. When you stall, ask Mila what to do next. She can see exactly where you got stuck.

No onboarding tour. No template gallery. You'll have a working goal about ninety seconds after you sign up.

Built for people with more ambition than free evenings

Students and side-project people

You've got three things going at once and no system holding them together. Vemila keeps each one broken into steps so you always know the next move, even at 11pm on a Tuesday.

Freelancers and solo operators

Nobody's setting your deadlines but you. Vemila gives structure to the work that has no manager attached to it, like pitching, admin, and the things that slide.

Streamers and creators

Growth goals, upload schedules, follower targets. Vemila tracks them now. When Studio launches, the same assistant will see your streams alongside your goals and connect the two.

Questions, answered

Do I need to be a streamer to use Vemila?

No. Most of what Vemila does today is goals, steps and coaching, and that works whatever you're building. Vemila Studio, the streaming side, is coming later and is entirely optional.

Which AI is behind it?

Claude, made by Anthropic. We chose it because it's genuinely good at breaking vague ambitions into specific steps, which is the hard part.

What happens if I hit my daily message limit?

Mila lets you know and the limit resets the next day. Nothing breaks and you keep full access to your goals. Upgrading raises the limit.

Is my data used to train AI models?

Your goals and conversations belong to you.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. You can download everything we hold on you, and deleting your account removes your goals, conversations and account data permanently. We're UK-based.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your settings, in about two clicks. You keep paid access until the end of the period you've paid for.

When is Vemila Studio launching?

We're building it after the core product is stable and has real users. That's deliberate, not slow. Join the waitlist and you'll hear first.

Who's behind Vemila?

Two people in the UK who kept abandoning their own goals and got tired of blaming themselves for it.
